Description: Clear Polyester Powder Coating

 

This coating shall function between -20°F and 300°F.

The powder coating shall meet the following specifications:

ASTM 3363-92A	Scratch Hardness	H or better
ASTM B117-97	Salt Spray	1,000 hrs.
ASTM D523-89	Gloss at 60°	90+
ASTM D2794-93	Dir/Rev Impact, Gardner	160/120 in/lbs
ASTM D3359-97	Adhesion	5B, Pass
	Film Thickness	3.0 +/- 1.0 mils

SG-X101 is NSF/ANSI 51 Listed for Food Zone applications.

 

This product incorporates antimicrobial technology. This technology has been proven to inhibit the growth and migration of bacteria. This coating is designed with extended exterior durability.
